Registration policy: Please pay online (click the name of the camp you want to register for) to reserve a space in a program unless other arrangements have been made to pay in installments. Checks and money orders can be made out to “Earth Connection” and should be sent to 63 Hammond Hill Road, Freeville, NY 13068.
The medical history form is due two weeks prior to the first day of the program. Registration is complete when we have received the registration form, the medical history form, and full payment.
Cancellation Policies: If you cancel or leave a session for any reason:
- 30 or more days prior to the camp starting date: you are entitled to a full fee refund minus a $50 administrative fee
- between 14 and 30 days prior to the camp starting date, you may get a refund of 50 percent of the course tuition.
- 14 days or less there will be no refunds.
