Enjoy and evening campfire right outside your cabin. Two-night min. stay. Weekend rates apply: $120. Pets (1-2 dogs) allowed with approval. Pet fee: $50/pet. Extra person fee after 2 persons: $10/person/night.

Description

Escape to Cub Cabin, a rustic large 1-room cabin nestled in a peaceful woodland campsite with a wildlife pond just down the trail. Hike or mountain bike adjacent trails in the state forest, or relax and soak in the tranquility of the forest. Located 12 miles from Ithaca, NY, known for its waterfalls and gorges.The cabin has a full sized bed, and a cot available for a 3rd person, a mini-fridge, microwave, french press and a hot water kettle. The parking area, shower-house and bathrooms are a short walk away. The cabin is currently being renovated. New pictures will be posted in the Spring. Pets (1-2 dogs) allowed with approval. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the premises, to help ensure that a this is a peaceful and safe environment, allowing folks to find peace and serenity in this natural environment. Smoking is also NOT allowed on the premises, although those who smoke may take a short walk off the premises to smoke responsibly. We support those who are in recovery from addiction and alcoholism via our safe environment.

We understand the importance of reducing the amount of resources we use, and re-using and re-generating whenever possible. We ask that our guests join us on our mission to be good stewards of our planet. We do require that our guests recycle appropriate materials and put food waste in our composting stations.
