It offers privacy in a forest setting and sits on the edge of a hill overlooking the wildlife pond through a forest of hardwoods & pines. Minimum of a 2-night stay on weekends. Weekend rate applies: $75/night. Limited to 1 person.

The Lookout Pod is a unique and special non-electric wooden cabin for the solo outdoor adventurer. This pod is dedicated to a beloved Outdoorsman who was part of the Camp Earth Connection family. It offers privacy in a forest setting and sits on the edge of a hill overlooking the wildlife pond through a forest of hardwoods & pines. It has a single bed, lantern, fan and small desk and dresser. It is a short 2-3 minute walk to the parking area and the main camp where the shower house, community pavilion and WiFI as well as a charging station is located. It is adjacent to a state forest with miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Pets are not allowed in this pod.

We are an alcohol and drug free facility. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the premises, to help ensure that a this is a peaceful and safe environment, allowing folks to find peace and serenity in this natural environment. Smoking is also NOT allowed on the premises, although those who smoke may take a short walk off the premises to smoke responsibly. We support those who are in recovery from addiction and alcoholism via our safe environment.

This community is committed to preserving the natural surroundings and natural resources. Composting and recycling are incorporated into our daily routine. We understand the importance of reducing the amount of resources we use, and re-using and re-generating whenever possible. We ask that our guests join us on our mission to be good stewards of our planet. We do require that our guests recycle appropriate materials and put food waste in our composting stations.
