Winter Cabin Rates and Fees
WINTER RATES ONLY (December – February): Closed March & April
Please note: Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to your reservation in addition to the deposit. Rates are for 1-2 people. Additional adults is $10 per person per night. Additional children 11 and under are $5 per child per night. Limit of 4 people per cabin (including infants and children.)
Deposit: A reservation/damage deposit of $100 is required to reserve a cabin.
One Day Stays are allowed: $75
More than 1 Night $60 per night
Weekly Rate – 7 nights or more $360 plus reservation/damage deposit of $250
Monthly Rate – $750 plus refundable reservation/damage deposit of $500
Pet Fee: $50/pet, limited to 2. Dogs only. Pets may be permitted with prior approval and documentation of Rabies vaccine. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on camp property. Pets must be friendly w/dogs and people.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit and payment is 100% refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your reservation. If you cancel at least 1 week prior to your reservation your payment and deposit is 50% refundable. There are no refunds if cancellation happens 1 week or less from your reservation date.
Tax: Tompkins County Occupancy Tax of 5%

Camping Cabins w/electric
Winter Cabin Camping
The cabins are located on a seasonal road which is about a 5-10 minute walk from the parking area. You will be required to “carry in and carry out” your gear, garbage and recycling. The water is turned off for the winter, so you will need to carry in your own water. WiFi is NOT available during winter months. An outhouse is available for your use. 5 Gallon water coolers are available at your request. Feel free to bring ski’s, snow shoes or sled to carry gear down to cabin. Cabins are located adjacent to the Hammond Hill State Forest with miles of trails for skiing, winter mountain biking or snowshoeing.
Cabin 1: Story-time Cabin
Story-time cabin offers a cozy camping experience in nature. The Cabin sleeps 2-4 people with bunk beds, and one full-size futon bed/sofa. It includes electric, heat, fan, a microwave and small fridge.
Cabin 2: Love Shack
Have a peaceful time in this cabin which is located on the edge of the forest next to a creek and frog ponds. A great view of the stars at night and a harmony of frogs, crickets and coyotes to soothe you to sleep. The Cabin sleeps 2-4 people with bunk beds, and one full-size bed. Includes electric, space heater, fan, microwave and small fridge.
