Camp Earth Connection is a Woodland Campground providing people the opportunity to Connect with Nature and Create Lifetime Memorable Experiences and Connections. Spring - Summer - Fall Camping is from May 1 - October 30, 2023

Camp Earth Connection invites and welcomes a diverse group of people from around the world to come share in the experience of living close to the Earth in a respectful and responsible manner.  Camp Earth Connection values community and connection with each other.  Come share the experience of living in a Woodland Campground.  Guests have many choices of accommodations.  Sleep in a Hammock under the stars.  Stay in a tree tent or sleep in a cabin tent on the ground.  If you prefer, you can camp in a screened in Rustic Cabin with friends, or in a Pod Camping Cabin by yourself or with a companion.   For those who prefer to have electricity you have the option of our 1-Room Log Cabin, a Tiny House Log Cabin on wheels, the Forest Moon 1-Bedroom Cottage or the year round Mountain Queen Cabin with full amenities, that can sleep a family.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Camp Earth Connection offers a variety of activities and workshops such as:

  • Saturday Morning Campfire Pancake Breakfast.
  • Saturday Evening Community Campfire.
  • Thursday evening, Earth Movie night, (movies about the Earth and Sustainable living) followed by a campfire discussion.
  • A variety of workshops are offered periodically led by Eshay & CEC staff and interns including: Fire making in Nature; Eshay’s Tree Walk; Animal Tracks and Signs – Guided Trail walks, and more. All workshops and activities are free but donations are welcomed.

Camp Earth Connection also hosts annual retreats as well as occasional Special Summer Programs for Children and Families.  We do our best to provide a safe space for all individuals, children and families. Programs are designed to be inclusive and anti-biased. CEC includes a diverse staff to meet the needs of a diverse community in an alcohol and drug free environment.  We support communities that embrace and respect diversity.

A Message from Camp Earth Connection in Response to COVID-19

As much as we would like you to visit, in order to protect yourself from COVID-19 and other illnesses  please consider staying home if you are sick and/or may be contagious.

We are taking camping reservations at this time.

Stay Safely at Camp Earth Connection

Know we are doing everything we can to ensure a clean and sanitary facility for your visit. In order to do so we will need your assistance in following our guidelines and instructions to maintain a clean facility.  We are a small campground with private sites, so this shouldn’t be too challenging.  Shared spaces though, like our shower-house, bathrooms, dish-washing station and water spigots will require you to maintain social distancing and limit the number of people using facilities at the same time. There will be instructions posted and basic cleaning supplies to disinfect these areas after you use each. The staff will be cleaning all the facilities daily when we have guests and before guests arrive.  Cabins will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guest stays.  While all guests should consider social distancing, and bring their your own masks for any chance encounters with other campers who may be ill. Please feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer.

Camp Earth Connection can offer you a peaceful and relaxing experience during these stressful times.  If we are all considerate and conscientious we can stay healthy and enjoy a wonderful experience in nature.
