1:30-2:45  Learn about Zen Archery or Japanese – Kyudo- The Way of the Bow (Susan Rausch)

3:00-3:45 Create your own Vision Board (Sherron Brown)

4-5:30       Walking Guided Tour of Camp Earth Connection & Hammond Hill: Past, Present and Future (Susan)

4:30-5:30  Registration Open (Volunteer Needed)

3:00-5:30  Dinner Prep (Volunteers Needed)

5:30-6:30   Dinner & Clean-Up

6:30- 730  Welcome and Orientation from Camp Earth Connection (Susan) and Working and Living in Peace Agreement (Sherron)

7:30-10:00 Hot Tub Open

7:30-8:30 An Introduction to the Sit Spot – A Nature-Based Meditation (Susan)

8:30-10:00   Opening Campfire & Sharing – With an opening performance by Elbonee La’Trece Stevenson followed by an opportunity for all women to share a song, instrumental music, a poem, writings, or anything else they would like to share!

10pm  Quiet Hours begin

7-8:30am  Hot Tub Open

7-7:30am   Sit Spot Meditation (Susan)

7:30-8:30am  Breakfast and Registration Open

8:30-9am  Morning Welcome Circle and Recap of Orientation and Working and Living in Peace (Susan & Sherron)

9am – 10pm – Hot Tub Opens for the Day

9-10am Yoga (Sareanda)

10:45-12:00  Workshop Period 1

  1.  Women Writing (Sherron)
  2.  Learn about Shin Rin Yoku -Forest Bathing -Take a Meditative Walk in the Woods (Susan)
  3. Lunch Prep (Volunteers Needed)

12- 12:30 “Tracker, Naturalist, Author: Linda Spielman sharies her passion for tracking.”

12:30-1:30 Lunch & Clean-up

1:30-2:30 pm  A voluntary sharing of our personal stories of trauma, healing and recovery. (Facilitated by Susan)

2:45 – 4:15pm  Workshop Period 2

  1. Communicating Peacefully and Effectively when in Conflict (Gladys Brangman)
  2. Animal Tracking (Linda Spielman)
  3. Dinner Prep-Volunteers Needed
